Being a strict vegetarian herself, Mishel quickly realised there were no real options for people who were either vegetarian or vegan to eat out in Camden, at a place which offered Pure Vegetarian food with many dishes actually home cooked combining quality, taste value for money and convenience, this is how Mishel came up with the idea for Mishus Bhaji on the Lock
